The Peak Plan

If you are planning a trip and want a peak performance for it this plan will fit you. This shorter one off plan is also helpful to achieve a short term goal or to try out our coaching before moving onto the main SIK plan.

What does de plan include?

Online coaching/mentoring

Weekly email or chat support for consultations and assessments and online training apps for delivering and tracking your training plans.

Initial and control test

“What is not measured, can not be improved”. The training plan will start with a bunch of tests to asses your starting point and will be followed by a control test at the end to measure your progression.

Fully personalized training plan

A science-based Customized Plan designed around YOUR trip’s goal. The initial call where we will know what are you aiming for will be the starting point of the full plan.

Day by day session plans

Even if the training plan is scheduled for the 6 weeks, we can make any last minute changes as needed. The point is to fit your program into your schedule, not to overhaul your schedule to fit your program.

Full sport performance

This is not just a plan to improve your physical and technical skills. We work on the other two aspects as well: tactical and mental skills. With this purpose, the plan includes fueling and recovery guidelines, mental skills, injury prevention/prehab, unlimited video analysis and feedback and much more.

Priority for further plans

Priority for a new Peak Plan or to jump into the main SIK Plan.
